Attorney to discuss death penalty cases

PANAMA CITY

Mike Stone, a Panama City-based attorney, will speak on the death penalty at tonight's American Civil Liberties Union meeting.

The monthly gathering of the ACLU's Panama City chapter convenes at 7:30 p.m. Monday at Sonny's Real Pit Bar-B-Q on Hwy. 390.

Stone's firm -- Stone & Sutton -- focuses on personal injury and wrongful death cases, civil and criminal litigation, family and elder law, estates and probate.

Founded in 1985 by Stone and partner Pam Sutton, the firm specializes in death penalty litigation.

Together, Stone and Sutton have authored two chapters of the Florida P.D. Association Death Penalty Manual.
